Great cabineer but heavy. I do like this multi use cabineer but it is a bit heavy for EDC. Knife is sharp and also comes with a screwdriver and flat end as well. The cabineer twist shut which was bothersome to me. I guess it is for those who want items more secure when carrying but it made it a pain to use everyday as every time I needed to use it you have to unscrew it to take it off whatever it is attached to. Overall item is fine if on a bag or backpack but IMO too heavy to keep on a keychain.

I do wonder why the the clip looks like it has some ergonomic finger shape, but it is too narrow to fit my adult sized hand through to grasp it the way one would imagine it was designed to be held. If my fingers did fit through it would have improved the value of the item because it would have functioned well as a nice knuckle duster, like brass knuckles.
