For the price not to bad Cool tool bought as a gift for my father who loves to go boating. I figure if he ever gets lost in the Hudson river he can survive for a few days. Great gadgets except once you start playing with it certain items no longer lock in place and start to fall out ( lost the fire starter within 4 days and i think he pulled it out twice). Wouldn’t buy again. 3x thicker than I was expecting, one of the whistle’s doesn’t work, and the compass isn’t accurate. Everything else is fine, but you can definitely find better.
The compass and magnifying glass need to be about twice … The compass and magnifying glass need to be about twice as big to really be of any use. I thought that the stone sharpener would come out but it doesn’t and it hardly sticks out, it will be difficult to use. Everything else was about as I had expected it to be, usable and convenient.
