If you buy a kit and something goes bad you have to ship it all back to get amazon to do anything. Love this set up and things went great for the first month. However one of the ledâs on the 600 watt light that came with this set started blinking. Amazon was willing to do a full return on the item but tearing it all down a month into a grow was not an option. Amazon provided me a number for top grow to try to get the manufacturer to help replace just the bad light. However that phone number takes me to an international voice mail system that no one will call you back from. Horrible customer…
Great setup, stop searching hit add to cart! Shipped fast everthing was as pictured got it set up easy instructions however you will need to hunt down some vids on ventiallion setup if you are unfamiliar or just new to grow tents. Well-built. Easy setup for the tent itself, but no instructions on how to setup ventilation. This tent is very well made, and easy to setup, but included no instructions for the venting system. Of note, this kit came in 3 different shipments: 1 for the tent and poles, 1 for the fan unit and attachments, and the last one for the lighting and attachments. And they came on 3 different days.
