Quality design and execution – an excellent gift for the outdoorsman. I just purchased and received the Clickspring Fire Piston. Its design and performance are both impressive – obviously the handiwork of a master machinist. It works very reliably with char cloth. I have yet to try tinder fungus, but plan to do so later tonight. I don’t expect any trouble as long as I select a proper piece and not one that’s old or hard as gravel. My older buffalo horn fire piston required more maintenance and did not perform nearly as trouble-free as the Clickspring Fire Piston…
