Featherstone Outdoor UL Granite 2 Person Backpacking Tent

The Ultralight Granite 2 Person backpacking tent structure is made for easy-setup, maximum space, lightweight, and rugged enough to withstand 3 seasons. The materials used for this tent are lightweight and durable. The Granite’s innovative mid-pole structure maximizes head and shoulder room to provide ample space for two people to relax and hangout. Because it is freestanding, the tent body can be conveniently moved from one location to the next with no hassle in reassembling your shelter. This tent comes with two doors and two vestibules, a great quality to have when backpacking with a partner. When bad weather occurs, the rain-fly provides superior wind and rain protection so that you will be safe and cozy. A compression-folded stuff sack allows you to easily pack your tent and minimize the pack size, making it easy to fit into your backpack. Included with this backpacking tent is a durable waterproof footprint that you can rest your tent on, use with the rain fly for an ultralight setup, or make it a perfect picnic blanket.

Best valued tent I’ve ever found!!! Length:: 8:37 Mins So let’s be real about this. This is the same EXACT tent as the MSR Hubba Hubba 2P tent. It’s also the same EXACT tent as the Nemo 2P Tent. But, the main difference is the cost. This tent was $71.99 on Amazon. The MSR and Nemo tents are $399… each. That’s 5-6x the value! If you grab some tyvek sheeting instead of the footprint you can shave 1.3 lbs. Replace the stakes with Ti stakes and you are LIGHTER than the MSR or Nemo tents. As for…

Good value for the price. This showed up at my house yesterday, so I have not had a chance to put the tent through it paces, but that will happen soon enough and I will update this review after several uses. I own several tents, and each serves its intended purpose, ultra-lighting by myself, car camping, having the whole family, couples backpacking, etc…I wanted a lightweight, cost effective, 2 man tent: This tent should fit the bill. As stated in the specs its shipping weight is 5 lbs 2.9 oz, that is pulling the tent…

Good tent not keen on the poles. Did a few night back country with the tent. Had set it up twice in the living room in order to test it.The only issue I have with the tent is the pole. The first night I was set up in a flat field, the next morning the ridge pole at the tent peak cross junction wouldnt come loose. Had to get on the trail (was beach hiking with tide dependant passes). Was able to rearrange my pack to accomodate the now double length poles but it does take away from the portability of the tent. The…
