Enjoy a comfortable retreat from the sun from dawn until dusk with the Coleman Point Loma Dome Sun Shelter, 15 x 15 feet. This canopy tent sets up in about 15 minutes and creates a spacious 218 square feet of shade, making it a great choice for family reunions and big outdoor gatherings. The Point Loma’s unique, super-stable dome shape protects from low-angle sun in the early morning and late evening. During the day, the shelter’s UV Guard material provides UPF 50+ protection from the sun’s dangerous rays, and the vented roof design releases trapped heat for added comfort. Taped seams help keep water out if it rains, while Illumiline reflective guy lines offer greater visibility at night. This canopy tent is made from rugged Polyguard 2x double-thick fabric that stands up to the rigors of the outdoors, so you can use it season after season. Ground stakes and preattached guy lines are included for added stability. When the fun is done, the canopy can be stored and transported in the included easy-pull wheeled carry bag, which fits inside most cars.

Catastrophicly Awesome EDIT: Coleman does not sell replacement parts for this product. Because of this, the product was single use for me and that’s not cool. I can handle when things break because of crazy storms, but it’s irresponsible to sell an outdoor structure without replacement parts. I’ve dropped the review to two stars from four. Really it was GREAT until it stopped being a structure.Overall: This shade structure is big, beautiful and wonderfully shady without losing access to precious winds…

You get what you pay for We used the 15 by 15 version of this sun shelter at the Outer Banks in North Carolina. The shelter was brand new and I had set it up at home with my wife 1 time before going to OBX. I have used numerous tent structures in the past including Eureka, North Face, Kelty, and Cabelas. The last sun shelter was a Kelty which is no longer made. It was great. The bad: This shelter is not built to the standard of the other tents mentioned above. However I did not pay nearly as much for it…

Good purchase I purchased 2 of the 15×15 size domes. Used these domes for a 4th of July bbq. I was debating buying a party tent or shelter, but the prices were high and the reviews were terrible, so I decided to buy these thinking they would solve my shade problem, be sturdier and reliable because of the Coleman name, and be more useful in regular situations like camping, the beach, etc. Assembly was quick and easy once you grasped what the instructions were asking of you. I ordered 2 of these, the first one…
