This tent can be used as a standalone or zipped to other compatible tents at 3 fully enclosed connection points in any configuration (additional 6-Person and 3-Person Connectable Tents sold separately) to create a common area or extra bedroom. Either way, this Fast Pitch tent sets up in no time thanks to pre-attached poles and hub, fast-fit feet, and snag-free Instar-Clips that secure poles in a snap. If it rains, the tent’s Weather Tec system keeps campers and gear dry with welded floors and inverted seams that prevent water from seeping in. For additional weather protection, the strong cabin-shaped frame is factory tested to withstand winds of 35+ mph, and an extended door awning and rainfly keep out precipitation. When it’s time to pack up, the tent easily fits into an included expandable carry bag for no-hassle transport and storage until the next great adventure.

Hexagon makes cool connectible feature mandatory I bought only the the 6 person tent which, unlike the bundle apparently, does not have a wheeled carrier – but the bag *is* expandable, which was necessary after our trial setup and re-fold. There was room inside for a small broom and our studier stakes & mallet. It’s heavy but manageable, although the handles are uncomfortable after a few seconds.The tent is nice and tall, and all the windows/doors make it very pleasant inside. Horrible customer service The concept of this tent is awesome, but during the first use one of the leg poles broke and it leaked during a rain storm. There was a puddle in the tent below the dripping seam. It was on/near the connection point of the two tents so if both doors are zipped shut this problem could potentially be avoided.I was satisfied with the tent, but the customer service from both âCamping Comfortablyâ and âColemanâ were awful. Camping Comfortably directed me to Colemanâs warranty department…
Ruined family vacation…. Leaks like a food strainer, DO NOT PURCHASE I gave one star because it wouldn’t let me rank lower. We camp an average of 30 nights a year and loved the idea of this tent…. Using it.. Well that’s another story, goes together easily… But not for use in any rain… Imagine sleeping in an upside down pasta strainer and you have what it’s like sleeping I this tent. The zippers drip water, the tent and fly is full of tiny pin holes. Too successfully tarp this “tent” you must ensure no water comes into contact with it at all….
