Great backpack until one of the straps broke Great backpack until one of the straps broke. Right before my hike, one of my straps broke and I started freaking out. Thankfully my teacher had a sewing kit. This is an off brand backpack for backpacking. Here’s some advice… How much do you spend on a school backpack? $20-$30. A backpack for backpacking should be at lease more than that. You’re carrying a few days on your shoulders not a few hours. If you want to save money for backpacking, invest in a really good one.
Ripped along seam during first use Bought this as a birthday gift for my son. First time he went to use it on a light camping trip the canvas split along the side seam the full length of the pack. Spend a little extra money and get a product that will actually last!
Five stars.Great pack for kids first backpacking trip Great pack for kids first backpacking trip. It a good size. We were able to fit everything he need for a three day trip. There are plenty of extrenal straps for added capacity. I like how it also has a rain cover.
