Not really waterproof – UPDATED Got mine on Sat and Rain on Sun. forecast…so put up the shelter to test it out. Product was easy to set up…5-10min…THE PROBLEM…and mine may be defective or so, but it was not waterproof…all stuff that we put under to test was wet at on one side…UPDATE: Reached out to seller regarding product not being waterproof…Seller was very responsive and sent a replacement. TESTED and this one is waterproof…ran the sprinklers for 30mins…everything is still dry…
Perfect for hammocks, strong and look good. These things are great, bought 2 for me and my son on a scouting trip, set them up easily enough, first night was great, stayed dry in some light rain, second night a storm came through halfway through the night, I ended up carrying my sleeping son and both of our packs out of the woods in the storm to a lodge where other campers were sleeping. Left the tarps and hammocks up and in the morning, not only were they still there and undamaged, our hammocks were still dry! Great product, wish I had…
Donât go camping without it! Worked well, covered my whole hammock. All supplies needed are included. Will enjoy using this product on hikes and backpacking with the hammock. Overall I was happy with the performance for the price.
