250+ mosquito bites caused by human error (from husband) The hammock was great and I enjoyed sleeping in it. I’m 240 lbs and 6ft tall and was more comfortable in this than the tent. However, make sure you are well protected from mosquitos because the net ended up pressed against my sides, arms, and legs and had about 250+ mosquito bites. It looked like I contracted localized chicken pox. I very likely didn’t set it up properly and need to try again but make sure you get it set up properly so you don’t experience the agony. Backpacking at 50F still worked great. This was very easy to set up and tear down. The bug net was easy to attach and kept my hammock clear of bugs better than most tents seem to. Attached packs were good for setting aside flashlight, knife, and other items inside the bug net.Only issues I had: Hearing animals at night freaks you out a bit more than if you were in a tent; The tarp doesn’t seem to cover at the ends as well as I would like; Elevated feet on a cold night will leave them feeling oddly stiff in the morning;…
