This is so well made I felt comfortable trying all kinds of different positions I weigh 250lb and worried that I would have to hold my breath every time I moved for fear of tearing the hammock. Not so! This is so well made I felt comfortable trying all kinds of different positions. There is plenty of room so I was able to get comfortable and not feel claustrophobic. Should have bought years ago I recently purchased the Hennessy Explorer zip hammock. I grew up camping, I spent many a night on the ground in the Marine Corps and it never seemed to bother me. I would recommend getting the snake skins to help pack it down … I purchased this hammock ahead of a week long Boundary Waters canoe trip. It packs down a little large, I would recommend getting the snake skins to help pack it down tighter. You will definitely need the proprietary insulation system sold by Hennessy Hammocks in order to capitalize on the asymmetrical design. I was able to camp in this hammock using a traditional underquilt that didn’t fit correctly. I made it through the week just fine but will be getting the proprietary insulating system…
