HAMMOCK RESPONSIBLY – PROTECT OUR TREES
We absolutely had to design a tree friendly solution with our suspension. We used wide
polyester webbing to protect the trees you hang from. If you’re a nature lover, please don’t
support the cheap hammocks that come with typical ropes. Ropes bite and rip into tree bark
leaving permanent scars and damage. We follow Leave No Trace and each Serac tree strap
is designed to be wide enough to protect the trees we love. Keep our forests strong and
healthy for the next generation.

I like this hammock even better than my friends Eno Single … I like this hammock even better than my friends Eno Single Nest. I am over 6′ tall and the extra 2 feet in length really adds the the comfort. Its also a bit wider. Fits two people just fine as long as you’re okay with being very close (which has its benefits if its a cold night). The only critique I would make is that the length of the provided straps (6 feet) limit the places you will be able to hang your hammock. Excellent hammock I purchased a Serac hammock. I immediately hung the hammock between two trees and took a nap. The hammock is quick to set up and a delight to use. I carry this hammock in my day Pack and have hung it ,during the cooler more bugless months of Jan and Feb in the swamps of SC, the warmer months in the mountains of East Tennessee, and under the pier at Isle of Palms.
