Love at first sight! First impression: I love it except for the weight!
and I was happy that I could stand up inside pretty comfortably I got this tent because my 4-season mountaineering tent wasn’t cutting it for casual car camping. Being 6′ 2″, I didn’t find setup to be that difficult, and I was happy that I could stand up inside pretty comfortably.
Heavy yes, complicated the first time you set it up, yes again but the wife and I think it’s almost perfect! Just finished setting it up in the backyard. I knew it was going to be heavy but it was even heavier than I thought it would be. It’s also a better quality tent than I was expecting. Heavier material than any nylon tent I’ve ever had and very well made.
