The included rainfly provides protection from the elements and can be easily removed for that sleeping under the stars feeling on clear nights. On warm summer days, the front of the tent converts into a screened room with oversized windows and a front shade awning. Other features include water-resistant 68D coated polyester fabric on the rainfly and tent body, a room divider for separate living spaces, multiple windows, an opening for electrical cords, a ground vent and storage pockets. Seriously great tent Seriously great tent. We use it for Festivals. Very easy to put up. Fits our queen sized extra tall air mattress, 50 gallon bedding totes (which we use as headboards) in the back, with plenty of room in the front for our clothing duffle and dressing area and can still pull our chairs in, in case of rain. Is NOT easy to put back in the carry bag, but then they never are. Was price shopping for a replacement, because our first one was damaged by truly horrendous weather. Will NOT be buying…

So easy, one person can set it up! I have the 9-person version, which looks extremely similar to this one–I love it! I am a 56 yo woman, 5’4, with MS and I was able to set it up the first time in about 2 minutes! Since I am on the short side, I simply laid the rainfly over top of the tent, before I fully extended the legs (clipped the four corners to poles to keep it from sliding off while I was extending legs) and it worked perfectly. only instant tent with an awning/ screen room My dad lent me this tent a couple years ago (older model) and i fell in love with it i searched high and low and although i didnt purchase on amazon i thought it would be helpful to review it. I cant decide what i like best about this tent. whether its the fact that i (30yr female) can pitch it alone within 3-5 min. or the awning/ screen room.
