Review after 7-8 nights sleeping under this tarp I have taking this tarp backpacking at least 7 times since I purchased it 4 months ago. It has worked out very well as an entry-level tarp and should hold up for years to come. This is a great tarp for hammock campers and backpackers! My favorite hammock tarp ripped during a test, prepping for a long hike and I had to make a last minute purchase of this tarp. Hadn’t seen this brand before but the weight was good and the price was right. Had to roll the dice! Bought the MEDIUM size. Best Value Hammock Tarp This is a great tarp for the money! I have many hammock tarps. This tarp is a little heavier than some I’ve had in the past. The trade off is that it’s a little stronger than those i’ve had in the past. After my previous high dollar tarp was shredded in a wind storm when a branch ripped through it, I’ll go for the lower cost, tougher, slightly heavier tarp this time.
