emergency only I got this last summer. The first time I tried it, my son and I did a overnight woods hike. It was warm, and very buggy in the evening. We slept in the Appy Trails mark III on a Tyvek sheet, with mosquito net draped over the open door. This was fine, it kept the bugs out because the tent walls stretch tight to the ground; great! GREAT LIGHTWEIGHT SHELTER This is a great lightweight shelter. It’s as light as a feather, and easy to assemble. We used it last weekend, and it does just what it says it will. If you are a minimalist this is the shelter for you, just throw in a backpacking tarp for ground cover and it’s ready to go. Like most tents this it is a bit tight, however if it’s just for one person you’ll be just fine. It will sleep two comfortably without any gear inside.
