Darn good tent! I’m a very avid outdoorsman. I spend tons of time sleeping in the wilderness and have done so for decades. With 12 years of Marine Infantry service, I know good quality. This tent met almost all of my expectations. The only thing negative about it, is the lack of a no-see-um barrier between the peaks rainfly, and the main tent. Also the tent is not 12 by 12 on the inside it is more like 10 by 10 I bought this tent thinking it would be huge as it is advertised as an 8 man tent. I slept in it with one other person with cot mats and it was fairly roomy for two. I would say 4 adults max unless you want to sleep on top of each other. Great look, but not good in the rain Much to like about this tent: the design is great looking and I received lots of compliments. You can stand up inside and there is a lot of room for up to 4 people, not 6 or 7 at all. It’s lightweight parachute material and rolls up into a small pack. Then, the bad: First time using it there was a rainstorm. My wife and I woke up with wet sleeping bags but couldn’t find where the multiple leaks were coming from.
