Great protection for my hot weather in sunny Southern California So far it seems great only had it a few days easy to store and fits perfectly into my daughters 2017 Honda Civic.She puts the visors down for extra support.I bought the standard size. I bought this one because of all the great reviews it had on it and the three different sizes you had to choose from.In her car it won’t fit under her drivers window because her door storage isn’t as tall as most cars but it fits perfectly under her drivers seat for storing it there.I just read another review…
I love the fact that this is a one piece shade … I love the fact that this is a one piece shade – I don’t have to struggle putting one up on the passenger side when alone in the car. It folds up very compactly so it can be stored in the side pocket of the door. My car is not garaged and I live in an area where the summer heat goes into the 100s. I had a similar shade and it worked really well. Couldn’t find the one piece shade in local stores, so I was thrilled to find this one.
Watch the size 59×31 is just BARELY big enough to stay up, with both visors down, in a 2017 Honda Accord. A gust of wind before you get both doors closed can cause it to dislodge. Should have gotten a bigger one. Measurement 59×31 includes loose fabric at edges and in the middle. What holds it in place (or not) is the circular section in the middle. I measured my windshield at 48×29. so theoretically this should have fit much better. Fabric is lightweight but adequate.
