Five Stars Very nice set. I debated between these and a higher priced set. Glad I selected these. I have been struggling with dull knives for a long time. The first time I used the Zyliss knife, I cut right through a tomato without squishing the fruit! Amazing (for me!) I’ve heard one is more likely to get a cut from a dull knife….maybe that is true. Favorite knives I received these knives as a gift about three years ago and they quickly became my favorite knives. These are super-sharp; I have used them regularly for three years and have never needed to sharpen (I do hand wash them most of the time, which helps).
