Enter the Zodi Hot Tap HP travel shower, a completely self-contained, high-output hot water shower that sets up anytime, anywhere. An ideal accessory for camping, hunting, RVs, boats, cabins, and home emergencies, the Hot Tap HP connects to either a pair of 16.4-ounce disposable propane cylinders or a 5-gallon propane BBQ tank (the latter requires an optional bulk propane kit). To use, simply add four D-cell batteries to the waterproof battery case, connect the propane heat source, and submerge the powerful 6-volt water pump in a clean water source. One you hit the convenient pushbutton igniter, the Hot Tap HP’s double burner design will heat the water fast for showers, dishes, equipment cleanup, and a host of other uses. The water temperature is also fully adjustable via the gas valve, with a max temperature of 100 degrees F.
If you’re in an area without an easily accessible water source, you can use the rugged 4-gallon travel case as a water tank instead. The tank holds enough water for a 10-minute shower and refills in seconds. You can even hook the shower up to a garden hose to enjoy an unlimited water supply (requires an optional garden hose kit). The Hot Tap HP–which measures 14 by 12 by 12 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 14 pounds–comes with everything you need to shower on the go, including an 8-foot flexible shower hose, a water-saving showerhead, and a debris screen to keep the pump from clogging.

Purchased April 29, 2013 We purchased this item on April 29, 2013. I told the husband, we would review after its had plenty of uses… So here we are! We have the Zodi in our weekend cabin and it’s been incredible. We have used the Zodi for over 2 years now and could not ask for anything more. Does not work The battery pump is useless. It doesn’t put out any water at all. Then you upgrade to the one that plugs into your car and it uses up your 4 gallons of water in about a minute. The pressure on the shower hose is too great so the shower head won’t stay on the unit. I spent my time plugging in the hose, turning on the car, the water shoots out with so much pressure it pulls the hose off, turning off the car, putting the hose back on and so on and so on. Great Concept, Poor Execution, Untrustworthy Design Quality Like others have reported, the product arrived broken.
