Works great. Perfect for sous vide. Works as good as, if not better than my old food saver vacuum sealer. I like that this locks down, and one push of a button. The food saver you had to hold down for the vacuum process. Gets all the air out and seals perfectly.
I KNOW these systems inside out I’ve been in appliance repair, and there’s just me and my wife. Very few recipes are scaled for 2 people, and even if it is, there’s always leftovers.
