UPDATED review: Arrived with a cracked case and fork prongs were already bent. “Titanium” right….UPDATE: Briost, upon reading my review reflecting on the broken case and bent fork prongs, under their own initiative, sent me a second set at no cost to me. This set arrived in perfect condition, the case, and silverware. I use these daily at work and they’ve been excellent so far. If you appreciate the value of titanium, totally worth the $$$. I really love it. Very high quality set that nests in a not-so-high quality plastic container, but is adequate; I’ll probably swap that out at some point. Regardless, the actual titanium pieces really ROCK and no regrets on this purchase. This set looks so good that if there wasn’t the holes in the end pieces you could set it out as regular dinner table cutlery. As it stands it’s perfect for my desk at work so I don’t have to eat with plastic forks anymore.I love the serrated edge…
Fork tines need to be stronger I guess if you eat like the Queen, carefully cutting each piece of food with a knife, then this set would be ok. But if you are lazy like me, and you use the fork to cut through softer foods, the tines on the fork bend much too easily. They are nice and lightweight, but they should have made the tines stronger at the expense of a couple of extra grams of mass. The other problems that I have with the set is the carabiner and brass eyelet that holds the set together when not in use is so…
