Great product but needs improvement. I would’ve given this a 5 star review but the adapter that connects at the end of the acoustic tube is loose. Definitely a manufacturer flaw. But I got the old adapter off my old earpiece and put it on my new one and it solved the issue. Great product but needs a better adapter.
