Highly Recommend for Fall Hunting I purchased this solar shower to replace a cheaper one made by Ozark Trails. BSA Jamboree 2013 godsend Summit Bechtel Reserve has “ambient temperature” showers…read COLD!This shower left in the sun all day will produce a shower so hot you can’t stand under it. On sunny days I waited until 8pm to have a shower that was hot but tolerable. On partially sunny days it was warm, not hot, but still much better than ambient.The 4 gallon version is heavy to cart around but produces enough hot water for a 6’+ sweaty, muddy Scout leader. 🙂
The Best Sun Shower We used this shower for 9 months as we traveled by boat from Florida up to Great Lakes and down the rivers to Gulf then around to north Florida where we lost it. We hit some bad waves just as we left the marina and it bounced off the deck. We bought a coleman sun shower the next day and it sucked. This bag heats up twice as fast and is a much better bag.
