PUT HOT WATER IN OR THE FILTER/SCREEN WONT WORK When I got this I immediately took out the inner filter assembly. It came out but is tight – good for keeping grounds out of your coffee. But then I could not get the filter assembly back into the metal container, it was WAY too tight. I literally lifted myself off the ground with all my body weight to get it back in but it would not go.I watched a YT review and the guy didn’t have this problem while using it in the field. Best cooking coffee setup ever but it is messy. This French press cooker all in one is awesome! Makes great coffee has room inside for fuel can, stove, lighter and room to add other things. Only down side is clean up with loose coffee grounds but worth it for great coffee could get away with prepacked coffee but itâs worth the mess.Update 9-7-2019 still making great coffee but Iâve found some flaws. Perfect size for three of us We went on our first backpacking trip and this was at the core of our cooking. I put my Primus Classic stove inside the press, along with a lighter and a stand for the fuel bottle. The weight was fine and was glad to have the capacity of 32 oz of water.
