Quality Control Issues The idea of this product is useful, what I’ve always wanted, and everything was as described so it deserves one star. However, the quality control is lacking because there is a small burnt hole on the top of the tent. I’m afraid with repeated use it will eventually exacerbate the tear and render this product useless. I contacted the seller for an exchange, but was informed to go through Amazon prime because it was shipped out of Prime. Prime didn’t allow for an exchange, just full refund…
Keeps us cool and it’s compact Great product, keeps us in the shade for those soccer games. Takes a little used to folding it up but is super compact so I like it over actual poles.
