Not worth it I bought this knife thinking it was a full tang but its not. It just has a metal rod welded to it and its very fragile its not something you want in a survival situation
… knife on a bit of a whim – seemed like it would be a good all around knife to … I ordered this knife on a bit of a whim – seemed like it would be a good all around knife to have. When the knife arrived it was missing the sharpener. While not a huge deal, especially considering the modest price of the knife, I felt compelled to let Amazon know that the item was incomplete. I was pleasantly surprised when a complete new knife arrived today.
Good for the price, not fit for a bug out bag!!! This is an excellent knife for the price! I used it to shave some bark off of branches. It didn’t take much before it was SUPER dull. My $8 Morakniv could’ve done 5x as much and still had it’s sharp edge. I haven’t used it to baton wood because…. I don’t want to snap it in half. This is not a survival knife. If you’re putting this in your bug out bag you might as well just DIE right away instead of struggle in the wilderness. Go spend some money on a good knife if you think your life will…
