I would love to give this backpack a 5 star review but as a Pecos person stated the straps securing the bag are not sewn at the ends and are very prone to pulling through the clips thus making it difficult to rely on them staying in place when tightened. Zippers are large with convenient string loops to which makes finding and opening them easy.Also, there are 20+ buckles, tighteners and straps on literally everything. The pocket on the back would work well for a bladder, and the “shoe pocket” at the bottom, which I will probably use for food/ cooking gear, is fully enclosed.The straps (especially the bottom and top tent straps) are ridiculously short, so they’re not really usable for that purpose. You may be able to latch seat pad there, but nothing much bigger.
