It has held up to some pretty intense 8 year old torture This thing has turned out to be way more than expected. I am not sure what the price is now but we paid around $20 for ours and it has been well worth the money. Trying to ease the kids into the idea of camping and this hammock has been a prime attraction in our yard. It has held up to some pretty intense 8 year old torture. My wife and I have used it during rare child free moments and it has been lovely. She reads in it, I sleep in it and the kids…well their version is more like an amusement park ride but it is still hanging tuff and we bought ours for Christmas 2016.
Eh This is in no way shape or form a “large” hammock. Im only 5’11” 215 (muscular) and when I get in there’s pretty much no room left. Highly disappointed.Edit: after about 5 uses the little pouch is tearing off and has left a hole in my hammock
