Damaged This COULD have been an amazing tent. Except that, although the outside box was intact, BOTH of the inside boxes were damaged. It appeared an animal ate ate straight through to the base of the tent. Then it was placed in a different box to conceal the damage. There was a hole in the floor and one of poles was broken. While in the woods with children I had to âmickeyâ a way to get the tent up. Of course it rained, so it leaked- but this could have been from the damage. The worst part is that the…
Nice Breeze? Do NOT purchase!! I purchased the 10 man green and teal version and couldnât WAIT to set it up for my first night!! After making sure all of the poles were extended and locked in position, I staked it down as instructed. Definitely a two man/woman job. Immediately, the entire side caved in. I tried closing all of the windows and that helped… for a brief second, but collapsed again. No point in buying this tent unless you live where is there is no breeze. Poor Quality, Breaks Easy, No Customer Support Do not buy this tent. My youth group purchased 4 of these a few years back. There is an elbow/hinge piece that connects the top tent pole to the bottom and is essential for setting up and folding up the tent. These are plastic and easily break. When broken, the tent can’t be set up and it is useless. Coleman does not offer these replacement parts, even though it would be fairly easy and inexpensive to do so.
