All components are made from high quality materials, and they feel a sturdy when used. I guess, like with any other cooking equipment, good care is needed to ensure longevity. The pot and pan conduct heat really quick, so make sure you have all your cooking ingredients prepped and near by if you don’t want things to burn or spill over.
