Held Up Well Over My Open Fire I just used this grill for the first time on a backpacking trip. I did not have any trouble with warping like some others seemed to have. I just put the grill at the edge of the fire pit and scooted some coals underneath it. The cooking surface handled our two 1-quart pots and some summer sausage wrapped in foil well. I had no concerns about stability during use.

Quality can be suspect from unit to unit. Carefully test your unit before use. Pros: Collapses and stores into itself. The stored items end up in a Stainless Steel Tube that is roughly the same size and length as the cardboard tube out of a standard size of paper towels (the stainless tube would easily fit inside the same cardboard paper towel tube I just referenced). Cooking rack size is sufficient for one to two people. Easy to store. Easy to use. Cooks well with a coal only fire. Best use is to grill burgers, hot dogs, sausages or shish-ke-bab style…
