Sturdy and well built This is a great little grill, the post is sturdy and the swivel locks work well. One thing worth mentioning is that the fin on the post is pretty big, if you are wanting something to drive into the ground and then remove and relocate, that might be hard to do with this unless you are in sand or something.
High quality and easy to use Cooked steaks over the campfire with this thing and it worked flawlessly. High quality and easy to use. Would highly recommend.Update: After 2 uses, turns out that the pole that supports the grate is hollow and has essentially failed. Given the heat and stress on the pole, going with something solid, while obviously more expensive, would have provided a much better result in the long run. I’m searching now for a solid pole with the right diameter to get this back in action.
I see you summer… It does indeed swivel. And it does indeed stick into the ground. We were able to get our cookout on recently thanks to this little swivel grill. We used cast iron pans on the top and they cooked our burgers and sausages to perfection!
