Only use the barbecue for cooking food.
Empty and clean the fuel tray after every use. Never leave water to stagnate in the tray: this will result in rust and a rapid deterioration of the equipment.
Clean the cooking grates after every use.
Clean the barbecue with appropriate products (enamel and chrome cleaner)
