Proper Care
To extend the life of your new skillet use we recommend using metal, wood or silicone utensils and silicone or heavy-duty oven mitts when using. Avoid harsh chemicals, souring pads, or heavy-duty detergents, or steeping cookware in water.

NOTE: If your cast iron is sticking or rusting, DON’T PAINC! Restore your skillet by following these instructions:
1. Wash with warm water and non-abrasive brush.
2. Rinse and dry moisture completely to avoid rust.
3. Apply oil to surface with a thin, even coat.
4. Line bottom of oven with foil and set oven to 380 F – 400F.
5. Place pan upside down or rack, bake for 1 hour.
6. Let cool in oven then store in a cool, dry place.
