I love the kettle Five stars on their customer service, two stars on the items themselves. These are not non stick, in fact they almost seem to encourage sticking from your food. But the seller was immediate with the response to my asking for a return label and was extremely helpful and understanding. I love the kettle, that was the saving grace of this product but besides that it was kind of a bust.

All sizes of pots and fry pan, they were used for all meals, and cleaned up well. The only time anything stuck was when I cooked hash browns at too high a burner with too little oil in the pan.
