Great taste Having never tried a freeze dried meal I wasn’t sure what to expect. After giving this a try I was very happy with how well it tasted. Even more so I thought my wife wouldn’t get near the stuff but after taking a whiff she told me to give her half of the package. We both loved it and will be buying more to keep on hand for when we need a quick meal.
The lasagna is very good and I highly recommend it NOM NOM NOM I use Mountain House products at home for everyday use as well as on the jobsite and on the trail. The lasagna is very good and I highly recommend it. If you are looking for a good meal anytime, anywhere you can make water hot, you can have a tasty and nutritious meal in minutes (I must admit, the speed and ease, coupled with the price point, almost makes it cost-effective to eat freeze dried!)
You won’t be upset with your decision to eat some backcounty lasagna! This turned out to be one of my favorite backpacking meals. I’ve been trying a lot of different meals and this one is the best I’ve had so far.
