The EmberLit Stove “Original” weighs less than 11.3 oz. (320 g) and is constructed of rugged 304 stainless steel. When you compare that to a full canister of fuel and burner, the difference in weight is astounding! The stainless steel EmberLit is impervious to corrosion and is remarkably strong. This camping or backpacking stove will hold the weight of any pot or pan that will sit securely without wobble. Like the rest of the EmberLit line, this wood burning stove comes with a lifetime guarantee because you are never going to wear it out. With use, the individual panels that make up the EmberLit may take on a slight warp. This is normal and doesn’t affect the assembly or durability of the stove. Great for backyard s’mores, camping, backpacking, canoeing, motorcycle/bicycle touring, river running, bush crafting, wilderness survival, and disaster preparation. Made in the USA.

Excellent backpacking or motorcycle camping stove We purchased the Emberlit Stove and a Solo Stove at the same time to compare features and suitability for our motorcycle camping kit. The Solo requires essentially no cleaning, where the Emberlit needs to be wiped down or carried in a separate bag to…
Emberlit: Simply the Best Fantastic woodburning stove. I have all three: the larger size and two in the “El Mini,” or smaller size (one in stainless, the other titanium). I have bought and made dozens of woodburning stoves, but they are either too bulking, flimsy, or have to be fed every two minutes. The Emberlit in all sizes are so well made you can drop them, almost stand on top of them without one wiggle from the stove. But the most important feature of the stoves are thier intense heat. Once you get them…
Ingenious little stove, DOES come with a small sleeve as of April 2014 I just received my Emberlit stove in the mail a few days ago (only two days with free non-Prime shipping!) and it didn’t stay pristine for long as I immediately set to work making a fire in it using small twigs and sticks from around my house. It performed beautifully with a strong smooth flame out of the top of the unit if it is given a steady diet of sticks. It eats wood just a bit faster than I thought but burns clean, strong and hot. It helps a great deal that I can feed it slightly larger…
