Great but MEASURE YOUR STOVETOP!! We have an older gas stove, with smaller “eyes” than newer stoves–which is a big problem with this griddle. First, let me say that it’s a terrific griddle–well-made, nonstick, cooks evenly. And the company was terrific, too–very responsive and worked hard to understand and help with our problem. Paint may chip off I was disappointed to see a small amount of paint on the bottom chipped off after just one use. Would have given 5 stars if not for that. I am not returning it for that fact alone and hope over time a bunch more paint doesn’t chip away. (Used once on a glass surface stove on medium heat)I have used it 3 more times since then, and no more paint has chipped off.
