We used the grill several times while camping and it performed near flawlessly. Steaks, hamburgers, plank-grilled salmon, kabobs, pancakes, eggs, bacon (the last three with a nonstick griddle sitting on the grill)- they all came out perfectly. As others have noted, even on low the grill is pretty hot – probably more medium-low – so slow cooking might be an issue. Nevertheless, we had 1-1/2″ thick steaks and they cooked fine even with…

Cooked a lot of food at one time! Works like a charm! Cooked a load of food at one time, these usually have a hard time if there is a lot. Changing bottles was easy. Like how it folds for moving and storage. Just make sure the latch is locked in.
