Best accessory for a Road Trip grill I am so glad I bought this. Best ever accessory! I can fry a whole pound of bacon on it and all the grease is neatly contained in the trough (just be careful your grill is level). One thing I find about the road trip grill is that it doesnt have very high temperature burners, so don’t expect to be able to blacken food on this griddle, it will not get terribly hot. Makes You Look Forward to Cooking Breakfast! Despite the comments that you can’t put the Road Trip Grill’s top down when you use this griddle, it really isn’t necessary …you have this large area that cooks up slabs of bacon, followed by your eggs, home fries etc., and the whole campground (or neighborhood, as I now use it as my primary grill on our deck) will be waking up to the irresistable aromas.
