My Favorite New Toy I bought this this for our NYE Camping trip at Fisheating Creek Florida, much to my husband’s dismay. A good buy Years ago I purchased a Camp Chef Denali 3 burner stove from Costco and use it on average 3-4 times a week as living in the Phoenix area I do a lot of summer time cooking outside. A few months back I purchased the Camp Chef Italia Artisan Pizza Oven (highly recommended…) . Perfect for canning! I bought and used this for canning my tomatoes and making salsa. I was concerned that my kitchen electric flat top was taking a beating so after some research I decided to use gas. The 3 burners worked perfectly! One for the salsa, one for canning and one to keep the lids warm. I set it up in my shop so I had plenty of ventilation. Canning with a flame is so much easier than with an electric burner.
