Very good, but needs a few improvements. Easy to use and versatile.Like other reviewers have said, it doesn’t put out a huge amount of heat, but one just has to make sure to give it enough time to get the entire surface hot before trying to cook. Also the corners are fairly cool and because of the light cooking surface, it loses heat quickly and takes a little time to recover. But for a 85-100 grill, it’s hard to snicker about it.Look at my photos and you will see my problem, I used it once and noticed it was…
Cooks Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, even boils water. Love this Grill. I have cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner on this grill. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, even circular cut potatoes. Hamburgers, steaks, chicken, fish, veggies, grilled cheese sandwiches, and more. I even boiled water in a sauce pan set on top of the griddle. Totally easy cleanup with paper towels, no mess below the grill, grease goes into the small drip pan perfectly.This unit is compact and stores easily in my motorhome. Im in love… I love this grill!!!!. Clean up in other grills can be a dirty nightmare. It’s a breeze with my Blackstone. I love how it’s made to roll like luggage. I recommend this grill to anyone who likes easy clean up and cooking on a great grill. Wish I could give 10 stars!
