The sleeve is integrated into the hammock itself and will accommodate most any 20″ wide standard size inflatable pad on the market. With your inflatable pad in the dedicated sleeve, Sky Bed provides built in thermal protection which never moves. The rigidity of the inflatable pad creates the stunningly flat, insulated and cozy sleeping surface. It is a much easier solution for hammock insulation than buying an expensive and bulky under quilt. I dislike it so much, I’m taking a star off because I’d almost consider it a design flaw. Here’s my reasoning and it’s simple.. It’s not easily adjustable. Best hammock out there I’ve had this hammock for six years now. It’s easily the best hammock on the market and well worth every penny, in my opinion. Perfect hammock for ground camper transition. This one or the netted version will put a ground sleeper in the air using their existing pad and sleeping bag good for up to 3 seasons.
