Kelty Salida 2 Tent Footprint This footprint is the perfect size for the 2 person Salida tent. Color coded to ensure youâve got it on the ground in the right orientation. Works as Described Easy to incorporate into the set up if you have a Kelty Salida 2. The footprint is supposed to be slightly smaller than the base of the tent so don’t worry that it’s not “big enough”. When setting up the tent, match the green loops together to ensure proper orientation. I like how simple it is and hope it continues to protect the base of my tent for years to come.
I was pleased with the Kelty Salida 2 footprint I was pleased with the Kelty Salida 2 footprint. I recently took a 2 night trip in the San Gabriel mountains and put the tent and footprint through trials before taking it on a 7 day trip. The footprint seems well built and durable. It came with a stuff sack which I discarded at home and rolled it with my tent to save space and weight. Easy to attach to the tent and stakes. Sized appropriately for the tent floor.
