Product Review Update Product Update:This swing was so much fun for my grandchildren; then after one season the straps frayed and broke. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that it was a product defect on that model. They apologized and sent a new swing seat at no charge.My amended review would be: This is an excellent, fun product AND the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend purchasing this swing!!!
There is literally no age group that doesn’t enjoy this swing There is literally no age group that doesn’t enjoy this swing. My 1 year old daughter lays on her belly and laughs, my 70 year old Mom sits on it to relax. We always have a blast on it – great for larger friends as well. I had one small issue with a strap and the company resolved it the next day so I am extremely happy with the product and the support. Going to purchase another one for my sister this Christmas
Kids loved it the first summer/fall we had it and are … This is a HUGE hit at our house. Kids loved it the first summer/fall we had it and are so excited to use it again this year. Unfortunately after pulling it out of the basement after winter, several straps broke. BUT the company responded immediately to my email about the damage and is sending a new mat for at no charge. Great customer service, and the product design is excellent. Hopefully the quality of the mat fabric is better now as well.
