Quality control issues for an otherwise useful product Right out of the box I noticed one of the grommets in one of the corners was missing, the main panel has a run in it and the carry bags bottom seam was open. I needed this tent for a large number of guests we had coming to the beach with us so no time to return it, just had to go with it. Disappointed with the defects noted and in the pictures. Overall it performed pretty well, we had 40mph gusts a few times that raised the tent and the poles fell but for steady 20mph and lower it was good…
BEWARE, INFERIOR QUALITY!!! An HONEST review! Inferior quality! One star is a generous review. The photo was taken less than 5 minutes after first and only set-up. The stitching came out of reinforcements on ALL four corners. The seams on the sandbags were raveling out before even filling the bags with sand. Once sandbag was filled, the seam threads broke. Dissapointing I really liked the concept of the simple fabric and poles to withhold beach winds. For the first couple of hours it worked great! But we had one of the poles bend over in half and we lost our shade 🙁 Again wanted to give this more stars but the poles seemed too flimsy and one of the sand bags started to tear. We saw a couple of these on our beach trip which was nice to see, perhaps we got a dud in the mix of good ones.
