Excellent Quality The reason I bought this one, was because it has a cast iron burner and high output. Most similar items have gone tosmaller steel burners. If you’re looking for solid quality product, this one is it.
turn it the wrong way and the flame is like almost 2ft high on super high Strong construction, no building. Long lasting. Only issue is the valve where the hose connects to could have been built a bit with a bit more quality. It’s a simple air/gas mixture but when you go to tighten the house fitting to the male fitting, DON’T OVER TORQUE IT! Once attached, then check for leaks as the instructions state. Well built, heavy duty This burner is exactly what I wanted. It’s well built, heavy duty metal, and easily adjustable to obtain the maximum heating efficiency. My application is for a “poor man’s” pool heater. I use this as the heat source which heats a coil of stainless steel that water is pumped through from the pool and then then back into the pool. At the full flow rate of my transfer pump I was able to achieve a little over 100 degree F. water into the pool. I’m very happy with this device.
